ODC/Dance returns to the Blue Shield of California Theater at YBCA for Dance Downtown, March 27 - 31, 2024. Delight in two programs of captivating works, including world premieres from ODC's Founding Artistic Director Brenda Way, Associate Choreographer Kimi Okada, and guest choreographer Sonya Delwaide. Both Program A and Program B conclude with KT Nelson's exhilarating Dead Reckoning, set to a commissioned score by composer and cellist Joan Jeanrenaud. Of this work, Nelson says, “Today the rate of change in nature is unprecedented. How will we negotiate it? Are we in a time of dead reckoning?”
